iOS file transfer - unable to accept

I’m unable to accept a file/photo transfer on Jami/iOS (version below) from either Windows (Maloya beta v:202109201806) or the latest F-Droid build.

Only the “refuse” option seems to work. Transfer is between newly created accounts so presumably using Swarm facilities.

Using Maloya Version 3.20(20210617) on iOS 14.8.
