Two suggestions what I’m sure will need less coding;
Instead of the “New Event” dialog box, flash the docked icon - this is a lot clearer
Use the docked icon for focus. A single click on the docked icon to bring Jami on top of any windows - even if the main Jami window is closed and just the docked icon is visible.
This will tidy things up and make for a more predictable experience.
