If a person does not want to install jami
on his windows system, then
a portable jami windows version
might be an acceptable option for
such a person?
I do not know how difficult it is to make a portable
jami windows version. Thank you.

Yes, we do plan to distribute a portable windows version. The issue has been backlogged for a while(https://git.jami.net/savoirfairelinux/jami-client-qt/-/issues/170)
but will be prioritized shortly and it should be available for download soon after.
