I am setting up android phones of my family (I think it are 9). Most phones are on, but not all, sometimes all phones are on. Again and again I notice a jami sync symbol for many hours / days. Could be, that this occurs mainly after a phone reboot.
I am not very sure, but I think all is synced. At least at first sight it looks all test messages are shown.
What can I do to stop syncing, it drains the battery a lot? I don’t care if something is not synced. Jami would be used for voice calls mainly.
