Windows 10 jami crash

Hello, I have a problem creating account on Windows 10 64bit.
When I try to create a new account (local account) Jami crash and close by yourself, how can I solve?
I do these steps:

  • start Jami
  • create an account Jami
  • skip
  • create accont (wihout cripted password)
    … when I click create Jami close

I have try also beta version but same problem
I heve reinstall windows but same problem

Yes. I think the same problem. How can I solve? I need help
