It’s probably that you don’t have any browser installed on this system or tomcat didn’t detect any.
Please go on a client browser and visit https://IP_ADDRESS_OF_YOUR_SERVER or https://DOMAIN_NAME_OF_YOUR_SERVER
and you should see a Gui like this then you can start configuring your JAMS:
