Added user not showing on attached accounts

Hi there. I introduced and added a user to Jami yesterday adding to me contact on my phone. Swapped messages and a few pics and everything seemed fine.

When I got home i was expecting them to show up as a contact on my laptop and other phone but they are not showing up, adding manually to my laptop just ads them to the laptop only.

I checked the Jami ID is correct, Another point is their status is blank - no online/away/ busy etc.

Has anyone got any Ideas?

Did they show up eventually? In the past it’s taken a while for contacts to sync (if at all) but the recent Jami updates seems to have improved contact syncing.

Thanks - the user eventually appeared, it just took a lot longer than expected
