[Android] How to mute the ringtone?

The ringtone will not change or mute even if you change the settings.
The ringtone will still ring even if the device is muted.

Devices tested: Xiaomi Mi 10T, Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S

This is a bug and has been already reported:

Ensure your device’s “Do Not Disturb” mode is not activated. Check individual app settings for sound customization. If issues persist, consider restarting the device or contacting Xiaomi support.

For Xiaomi Mi 10T and Redmi Note 9S, muting the ringtone may not work as expected. Despite changing settings or muting the device, the ringtone persists.
