Hi,

the bootstrap node is an account.details. Does it mean that if two jami accounts are active on same jami-daemon they will use separate DHT according to their bootstrap value? Or the second one to be started will not bootstrap and reuse existing DHT setup by the first account to start?

Each account starts a separate, independent DHT node. In most cases, these nodes end up connecting to the same DHT network.
