Auto Answer does not activate video on Android — user must manually tap "Return to call"

Description:
When Auto Answer is enabled in Account Settings → Call settings, incoming calls are answered automatically (audio works). However, the call screen does not open and the camera is not activated. The user must manually tap the “Return to call” notification button to see and enable video.
This behavior occurs with both audio and video calls — in both cases the user is required to interact manually, which defeats the purpose of Auto Answer.
Expected behavior:
When a video call arrives and Auto Answer is enabled, the call screen should open automatically and the camera should activate — similar to how Skype handled this scenario.
Actual behavior:
Call is answered (audio only), screen stays locked/inactive, “Return to call” button appears in notification bar but video is never activated automatically.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Enable Auto Answer in Account Settings → Call settings
2.Receive an incoming video call from another Jami account
3.Observe: call connects (audio), but video screen does not open automatically
