Backup/restore and 'about' (a couple of minor issues)

A couple of suggestion to fix relatively minor but irritating ‘features’

There is a ‘Backup’ function for account info, but no Restore function that I can find. The only way I can see to restore a damaged account is to delete it and reinstall from the backup.

In the ‘about’ information the Jami version font is so small that it is very hard to read.
It is not possible (at least on my system) to use the ‘copy’ function to copy and paste the version number - eg when reporting an issue.
Linux Mint 21.3 Jami 202505232021

The following instructions work with Jami for Linux Mint 22.1 Cinnamon to copy and paste the Jami version number:

  1. In the Jami About dialog, triple-click on the Build ID text to select the Build ID and number.
  2. Press the Ctrl+C keyboard shortcut to copy the selected text to the clipboard.
  3. When creating a report, press the Ctrl+V keyboard shortcut to paste the clipboard contents.

Thank you for this - works perfectly. I’m so used to using the right-click and context menu that I tend to forget about ctl-C

Can you please mark this thread as solved? Thank you
