Catalina not supported?

I have tried Jami from both the website and the App Store. Neither will run on my MacOS 10.15.7 Catalina installation.

There seems to be an issue in the terminal report saying that it terminates due to needing OS11 for a component, despite Catalina being supported per the system requirements.

Can anyone help with this please?

Hi Tony,

Yes, unfortunately macOS Catalina is not supported. Jami now requires macOS 11 due to the update to Qt version 6.6. We’ll promptly update the requirements on our website to reflect this change.
