Chats disappeared after update on Windows desktop

After updating Jami to the latest version first time in 2 months on my Jami Desktop (Windows) my chats disappeared from the view, and I can’t even reopen them, because, for some reason, I can’t find these people by using their identifiers.

I noticed that in the “Troubleshoot” tab in General settings I have all my chats and it says that everything is connected. So, I guess the chats didn’t disappear logically, but they disappeared in the UI.

How do I get to see my chats again in the UI?

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\jami\ACCOUNT\conversations\

Copy the name of the folder in the directory into the app search to see if you can find the missing chat.

solved it by exporting my account and then importing it back. now I, for some reason, have a duplicate empty conversation, but at least I can chat again
