Hi,
Jami looks great as a concept, but I can’t get it to work on my windows 10 laptop.
At startup an error message stating “failed to initialize graphics backend for vulkan”, and this is it.
My graphics drivers are up to date.
Any help appreciated.

Ideally you should try to get the logs (Tutorial: https://git.jami.net/savoirfairelinux/jami-project/-/wikis/tutorials/Bug-report-guide ) and report your issue using Gitlab: https://git.jami.net/groups/savoirfairelinux/-/issues?sort=updated_desc&state=opened
(Just remove personal informations that you find in the logs like your ID etc.)
Hi, I have reset my windows and now Jami is not working. I have tried uninstalling and installing but nothing. What could be the possible reason? By the way, I have already checked the given documentations.
I think you should continue with this issue on Gitlab.
