Eturnal TURN server (WIN) and Jami TCP

Hi. I have installed the Eturnal TURN server (WIN10), but it does not run properly. The log shows the following error:

What does it mean? TCP is unsupported? Or Eturnal is not support Jami?

Yes, eturnal does not support RFC 6062 which Jami requires.
Use coturn (turnserver) instead.
