Explanation of the crash autosend logging feature

Just to make sure we’re on the same page: crashing is not the same as the number of times the application is unresponsive. If you’re on Windows and Jami actually crashes (which means that the programme exits unexpectedly), then you should see a pop-up window asking if you want a report to be sent when you restart Jami. (If this is not the case, then you should look at the settings under General → Troubleshooting and make sure this option is enabled.) However, if Jami becomes unresponsive for a period of time, no report will be generated.
