I know lots of work went into Jami and lots of work went into remaking the desktop version of the app recently. However flutter should be considered for creating the Jami app since you can compile flutter apps for Windows, MacOS, Linux, Android and iOS using only one codebase. No need to build and maintain an app for desktop, Android and iOS. With flutter you have one Jami app which can be deployed to all operating system and devices.
