Freeze after starting recording

Hello, I am on Linux Mint Zara and Jami 202512221723.

Jami works fine but when I try to record the video call, Jami freezes.

I tried to do the same on a Windows 11 PC calling the Linux PC and it works fine. But not the other way around. Could you help ?

What was the source of the Jami installation file for Linux Mint?

Or somewhere else?
