How to auto-remove outdated attachments from conversations

Hello WeiHua Liu, I do not know how to auto-remove outdated attachments from conversations completely. Here are my three suggested options to resolve this challenge:

  1. Option 1

  3. Option 3
    Using Jami configuration, find the location of the folder where the attachement files are stored at. Using an external file browser to your liking, find that folder. Move, delete, or archive the file(s) to any other location to your liking. The file will still show within Jami as attached to a message. But they will not use storage space on the external folder. Alternatively, using Jami configuration, you can chose any other folder location to your liking. Including another drive.
