"ICE transport is not running" | "No network connectivity"

Just an FYI for anyone encountering this issue…

The sequence of log output may look something like this:

<...>

[device <sanitized>] Sending connection request
PUPnP: Discovered a new IGD [uuid:<sanitized> url: http://<sanitized>:50737/rootDesc.xml]

I have what I believe to be are hardware-related issues with my Mobley modem/router.

If I power-cycle it, things work fine again.

Originally (an issue for years) I thought my modem issue was just my ISP throttling my connection, but it didn’t take long for me to realize it’s more likely hardware-related because network-speed-test within my LAN was also slow, and the portal to the gateway wouldn’t be available. Powering off/on my Mobley would take care of everything (for awhile).

Another oddity of the device is my desktop connection would remain fine while my portable device connection would fail. Wifi for both, but the failed one will show the access-point, but fail to obtain an IP.

Similar to this issue.

Does the router recover when UPnP is off (in Account Settings) ?
