Chatfunction = ok
Videocall = crashing
I removed Jami again, re-installed it, then open my backup, tested it…and crashing again
Please advise:
- Your operating system
- Your device
- The source of the Jami installation file
- The Jami version name
- The Jami Build ID
- Anything else that you feel may help

build can not see it, but it shows: no update available
my friend is now checking for updates too and then see what happends.

i think the solution for me and friends was simple:
We all updated the Jami app
So my question s: when was the latest update??
Because my friends online started 2-3 days ago and wondering why they received downloads from the old app??
Anyways: my Tip for Desktop, sear in settiings and check update, and for android: go to appstore, search app name and then it shows if there is any update.
If it stays stable like this, i am happy to leave Skype..
From experience, unfortunately, sometimes our contacts who have the Jami application on the Windows operating system do not always automatically receive updates.
They click on the “About Jami” button in the Jami application to see the date of the build. Hopefully it is similar to the current version for GNU/Linux shown at:
