I don’t know maybe it’s just me, but on jami desktop the scroll experience is very ugly and almost unusable. When you have a long conversation history with photos and links it is almost impossible to scroll up and down. Also I feel the app does not handle multithread for ui and background jobs properly. I think that qt framework was not the best choice at all. IMHO.

At present, there is still room for improvement in this area, which will depend on the development team’s availability of time
Please open a ticket on Issues · savoirfairelinux / jami-client-qt · GitLab. The chat window is almost unusable, particularly if you can’t use a mouse.
