Jami dont start up after sharing video

After sharing several video with the format; AVI on Jami, both of my connected devices (desktop and laptopp) are not able to start Jami.
Jami works on my phone but cant download the files.

This AVI videoformat are used by my drone so that the reason for the format, (cheap drone).

Hope there are some solution for this or I just wait for an update :slight_smile:

Does it change anything if you launch Jami as an admin (Desktop; If you are using Windows)?

If no, maybe you can get the logs (remove your personal informations) and report this issue using Gitlab.
