jami latest version in windows 764bit not opening operating system as no issue other 64bit application working good
If you are using Windows 7 you can only use Jami up to version jami_x86_64-202112221025.msi (2021-12-22 21:42).

Newer versions use Qt 6 that only supports Windows 10 (64-Bit only!) and Windows 11:

I would question why one would be using Windows 7. It’s been EOL from security patching since 3 years ago (14 Jan 2020), so not advised to use it at all.
