The jami account can be saved locally, and as long as you don’t delete it, you can keep the jami account forever

As hkk i says, you can have (and keep) a permanent account as long as it is saved somewhere. Your identity is a cryptographic keypair that lives on your device.
The account can be linked to different devices: Setup Jami — Documentation Jami.
Polish is already supported on Jami.
