Jami Pronunciation

The company I work for is looking to use Jami to communicate with customers that have difficulty speaking. For marketing purposes, can anyone shed any light on the correct pronunciation for Jami? Various videos that i found on YouTube pronounced it differently.

I guess the pronunciation for Jami is same as Swahili word jamii.

If you go to the FAQ in the documentation, you’ll find a link to the relevant Wiktionary page, which includes a widget to speak the word. As an English speaker I would write the sound as “ja-mee”.
