Linking device error Windows to iOS

Trying to link a new device from Windows to iOS (both running latest version of Jami) asks for password and won’t allow linking without.

Linking a new device from Windows to another Windows device allows linking without requiring password.

Fairly sure no password has been set on original device.

You can try to set a password. If you are allowed to set a password, it indicates that you currently do not have one. If you are not allowed to set a password, it indicates that you have previously set a password, but you have forgotten it
