Local (offline mode) - what the correct method?

Hello there,

I try to use Jami (on Android phones) on local network, without internet. I disable all “server” connection, only set a local bootstrap server (OpenDHT service a ubuntu PC) and “investigate local partners” It work well if the Internet connection is active, but if i disable it it only stuck a “loading” screen…

I also enable multicast on my wifi network.

What is the correct method, to able to work it on offline mode?

For the devices to connect, they must be able to connect to the local network I guess…
