Not being notified of incoming SIP calls

Hi there! Trying to setup Jami to ring when I get phone calls on my SIP number.

At the moment, I can make outgoing calls, but I do not receive calls (or don’t get notified). I get calls with the “Telephone” app on macOS and with Linphone on Linux, so I think the problem is in Jami and not somewhere in my network setup. There should be nothing special with my configuration: a SIP server, a username and a password and that’s it.

I tried with Jami on iOS, Linux and macOS (from App Store) and the same applies everywhere (can make outgoing calls but do not receive any notification for incoming calls).

Any idea what could be wrong?

I have the same problem on multiple devices.

I have the same problem not receiving SIP calls. It does work on my other devices, but not on Jami.

Also, I can make calls, but Jami does not transmit extension numbers.

Can you get the logs ? (Remove / replace personal informations) and post this issue using Gitlab:
