Paste Into Chat Non–functional

Hello folks,
I’m using v2.34 on macOS 15.3.2. When I have a URL in the Clipboard that I want to paste into a chat…nothing happens. I’ve tried the Paste command, and the contextual menu. No response, and no information is pasted. Pasting other info works; why are URLs disallowed?

If I strip away the protocol header, changing https://www.infomaniak.com/en/ksuite/ksuite-pro/prices to <kSuite Pro – prices and comparative overview of the offers> in a text editor, then it works. Not optimal.

Welcome to Jami, try copying it again and trying to paste it again!

Did something change? No change for me. In v2.34, I’m is still unable to paste a URL without pre-editing.

This is a strange question, I use windows and android, maybe we need help from others.

I can make a video if that would help, but the behavior is pretty straightforward.
