I could easily install Jami on my Win7 64 Pro computer, but on my sons Win7 64 Ultimate we always get the following message, while after we entered his accounts name and password (even omiting the password did not help) :
Jami.exe has stopped working
-> Check online for a solution…
-> Close the program

Any ideas what’s wrong ? As Win 7 Ultimate is running in a multi-lang mode (german,english & french) could this cause problems for Jami ?
