posting this as feature request, because simply drag&dropping file doesn’t work, so I guess this very basic feature is still wanting in Jami…
I’m assuming this is about the Jami client for macOS? (Jami has separate client applications for multiple platforms, so it would really help if you included the name of the client and/or operating system in your posts)
Anyway, if it’s indeed for the macOS client, there’s already a feature request for it at https://git.jami.net/savoirfairelinux/ring-client-macosx/issues/197. The other Jami clients may already support this (for instance I know jami-gnome, which I work on, already has this).
