We must admit that Jami is more difficult to use and requires more attention to detail than other communication software.
Could we add more tips for users in Jami?
For example, when the user is not yet connected to any of his address book friends, prompt the user to keep the network open and that the network connection takes time.
Teach the user how to verify that their network is available and tell them that they also need to allow time for the p2p to establish a connection when they determine that the network is available.

I’m running jami on win10 and I’ve just experienced another incident of the jami program losing response, clearly jami now needs to be fixed and optimised for these software basics
