We have three phones, all with Android and Jami. On one of them, let’s call it M, the microphone seems muted. It appears as unmuted in the app, but whatever the person using it says, it’s just not picked up. Audio from the other two can be heard on M and the he video from all three can be seen on each. We’ve also checked WhatsApp from M and its audio can be heard. In case that might matter, M is a relatively recent Samsung A17 5G.
Edit: Today the caller normally using M tried their previous phone that also has Jami installed. They called from the same Wi-Fi from which M shows the difficulties, but on that phone there was no problem. Unfortunately, that old phone no longer has a SIM in it and thus can be used only on Wi-Fi.
