Is there a tool (similar to ping or traceroute) to measure latency of Jami network?
There are people complaining about not receiving chat messages instantly but after some sensible delay. How can we debug such a problem? Is there a way to monitor the latency of communications to a swarm? I think that it would be useful if there was a plugin that participants of a swarm could add and that collects network statistics and can display them. The Jami stack (DHT, ICE, etc.) is so complex that it is difficult to understand what does not work as expected.
