Sync multiple devices

When using multiple devices for the same account, when i send a message using one device, i cannot (and probably will never) see it in the second device.

So probably this needs to be thought of but i would expect to maintain a unified conversation across devices, at lease text messages wise. So as long both devices are online, they should be synced
